Moscow police deny info on violations in Golyanovo migrant camp

MOSCOW. Aug 9 (Interfax) - Vyacheslav Kozlov, deputy head of the police for the Interior Ministry's Main Department for Moscow and head of the public order protection department, has denied the media reports on violations in the camp for illegal migrants in the Moscow Golyanovo district.

"We are constantly being told that they are being fed poorly, they are being charged money, and the water is bad there. All these issues are investigated very closely. Nothing has been confirmed yet," Kozlov told a press conference on Friday.

There are currently nine pregnant women in the center, he said.

"They were put there with their husbands at their request," Kozlov said.

He denied the information that illegals are leaving the camp.
