MOSCOW. Aug 15 (Interfax) - OJSC Russian Helicopters increased net profits to Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) by 130% to 2.969 billion rubles in the first half of this year, the company reported.
Company sales revenues were pretty much flat year-on-year at 748 million rubles.
Gross profits were up 13% at 637 million rubles, sales losses 60% at 414 million rubles, and income from involvement in other companies doubled to 4 billion rubles. Pretax profits climbed 140% to 2.731 billion rubles.
The company's short-term accounts payable contracted to 3.5 billion rubles at the end of the half from 4.4 billion rubles at the beginning. Accounts receivable rose from 4.6 billion to 6.9 billion rubles.
