MOSCOW. Sept 20 (Interfax) - Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has called the use of chemical weapons in Syria an international crime which should be investigated in accordance with international rules.
"No doubt, the use of chemical weapons, no matter who used them, is a crime against humanity and should be regarded as an international crime. However, the investigation should be conducted in the forms envisioned by the international regulations," Medvedev said while meeting with participants in the General Assembly of the Organization of Asia- Pacific News Agencies (OANA).
