Lavrov: there can be no break in Russia-U.S. relations

BALI, Indonesia. Oct 7 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov believes that there is no break in bilateral relations between Moscow and Washington.

"The agreement signed just now was prepared for the Russian-American summit in Moscow on September 4 which, unfortunately, did not take place. But it is more important that our intensive interaction, including the conclusion of new important agreements, convincingly proves that there is no and can be no break in our bilateral relations," he said to reporters after talks with U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.
