Explosive device goes off on Volgograd bus - National Counterterrorism Committee

MOSCOW. Oct 21 (Interfax) - An unknown explosive device went off on a passenger bus in Volgograd, the National Counterterrorism Committee said.

"An unknown explosive device detonated on a passenger bus in the city of Volgograd at 2:05 p.m. today. There were casualties," a source from the Committee's information center told Interfax.

"Federal Security Service demolition experts are examining the incident scene. An investigative team is also at work," he said.
