Moscow chopper crash most likely caused by "technical fault" or "human error"

MOSCOW. Oct 29 (Interfax) - Tuesday's crash of a Kamov Ka-52 helicopter in southeastern Moscow had most likely been caused by "a technical fault" or "pilot error," an emergency service source said.

"Two principal scenarios are being investigated - a technical fault and the human factor, because the helicopter had most likely been modernized or re-equipped at an aircraft-manufacturing plant, and so there may have been a technical fault," the source told Interfax.
