NOVO-OGARYOVO, near Moscow. Oct 31 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin held talks on Thursday with Xu Qiliang, deputy chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China and co-chairman of the Russian-Chinese Intergovernmental Commission for Military Technological Cooperation.
Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu and Director of the Federal Service for Military Technological Cooperation Alexander Fomin were present at the talks on the Russian side.
The Chinese side included Zhang Yuxia, head of armaments of the People's Liberation Army, Miao Wei, minister of industry and information technology, and Wan Guanzhong, deputy chief of staff of the People's Liberation Army.
