MOSCOW. Nov 1 (Interfax-AVN) - Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Secretary General Nikolai Bordyuzha will discuss the Afghan situation and threats coming from Afghanistan in the context of the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) departure in 2014 with Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Secretary General Lamberto Zannier.

They will also speak about the situation in Afghanistan and threats coming from there in the context of the International Security Assistance Force pullout in 2014," CSTO press secretary Vladimir Zainetdinov told Interfax-AVN on Friday.
The sides will touch upon preparations for the 20th meeting of OSCE foreign ministers in Kyiv on December 5-6, 2013, he said.
Zannier has twice addressed the audience at expanded meetings of the CSTO Permanent Council in 2011 and 2012, Zainetdinov recalled.
