GENEVA. Nov 7 (Interfax) - The next round of international talks in Geneva on South Caucasus security issues has been scheduled for December 16-17, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin told Interfax on Wednesday after the latest round of South Caucasus talks.
