MOSCOW. Nov 13 (Interfax) - Moscow hopes that the National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces will not link participation in the Geneva II conference to preliminary terms, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
"We hope that the National Coalition will abide by the Istanbul decision to join the broad inter-Syrian dialogue in line with the Geneva Communique, following the other Syrian parties' example, including the Syrian government and such opposition organizations as the National Coordinating Committee and the Supreme Kurdish Council, who have agreed to send representatives to Geneva without preconditions," the Foreign Ministry said in a commentary on Tuesday.
