MOSCOW. Nov 15 (Interfax) - Astrakhan Mayor Mikhail Stolyarov, who has been arrested on suspicion of accepting a multi-million ruble bribe, has refused to answer investigators' questions, the press service for the Investigations Committee said.
"During the questioning, which took place on Thursday, Mikhail Stolyarov invoked Article 51 of the Russian Constitution (which gives people the right not to testify against themselves) by refusing to give evidence," the press service said in a report obtained by Interfax on Friday.
