MAKHACHKALA. Nov 29 (Interfax) - A policeman was killed in Makhachkala, the press office of the Interior Ministry for Dagestan told Interfax.
The attack on the patrol inspection service employee occurred at Ayvazovsky Street at 7.20 p.m., the press office said.
The information has been confirmed in the investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for Dagestan.
"The policeman was killed with a firearm. Investigative teams are working at the scene," a representative of the investigative department of the Russian Investigative Committee for Dagestan said.
