PLESETSK. Dec 25 (Interfax-AVN) - Problems with the ground infrastructure have delayed for 90 minutes the maiden mission of the Soyuz-2.1v light launch vehicle from Plesetsk, a Space Center representative told Interfax-AVN.

"The launch was scheduled for 4:30 p.m. and delayed until 6 p.m. on Wednesday. The reason is a malfunction of a ground infrastructure system," he said.
