NOVOSIBIRSK. Dec 26 (Interfax) - The An-12 plane that has crashed near Irkutsk did not receive fuel and did not undergo maintenance in Novosibirsk, a source in the region's law enforcement agencies told Interfax.
"The plane was owned by the company IrAvia. It arrived to get aircraft parts on Thursday and flew back on Thursday," the source said.
The plane was neither civilian or military and was used by the Industry and Trade Ministry.
