Dec 30 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has given instructions to top security officials to "take all necessary measures to establish the causes and circumstances" of Sunday's and Monday's bombing in Volgograd, "find out those who were behind it and bring them to justice," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told Interfax.
