ROSTOV-ON-DON. Jan 13 (Interfax) - A home-made explosive device stuffed with shrapnel and firearms have been seized in an apartment in the village of Dugulubei, the law enforcement agencies of Kabardino-Balkaria told Interfax.
The source said the owner of the apartment has been detained and is suspected of involvement in sabotage and terrorist activities on the territory of Northern Caucasus.
