KYIV. Jan 20 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian special task police have detained several people near the buses that were burnt in Kyiv's Grushevsky Street.
There is no precise information that the detainees were protesters because many onlookers had arrived at the scene by Monday morning, an Interfax correspondent has reported.
The Berkut special task police are periodically firing stun grenades at the people who have gathered at the police cordon.
The Ukrainian Interior Ministry earlier reported that a dozen active participants in attacks on the police in Kyiv had been detained.
