MONTREUX. Jan 22 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and UN envoy for Syria Lakhdar Brahimi have convened in Montreux ahead of the Geneva II international peace conference for Syria.
Lavrov and Kerry met in the bilateral format earlier.
Before the multilateral meeting started its participants declined to speak to the media again.
