Police investigate death in Hrushevsky Street in Kyiv - ministry

KYIV. Jan 22 (Interfax) - A body of a man with as yet unestablished injuries has been found on Hrushevsky street, the Ukrainian Interior Ministry said.

"There is a body. That is really so. It is at a medical aid center. The nature of wounds and bodily injuries has yet to be established," a ministry spokesperson told Interfax on Wednesday.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene, he said.

Police are working at the scene to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident.

One of the demonstrators sustained gun injuries during standoffs between protestors and police on Hrushevsky Street last night and died in the early morning hours, one of the doctors from the Euromaidan medical service said earlier.
