MOSCOW. Jan 23 (Interfax) - A counterterrorist operation that was underway in four districts and three towns of Russia's internal republic of Dagestan is over, the republic's operative headquarters told Interfax.
The counterterrorist operation was underway in the Tsuntinsky, Tsumandinsky, Kizil-Yurt and Buinaksk districts of Dagestan, as well as the towns of Buinaksk, Kizil-Yurt and the Sovetsky and Kirovsky districts of Dagestan's administrative capital of Makhachkala.
