MOSCOW. Jan 29 (Interfax-AVN) - The delivery of new and modernized armaments and military and specialized hardware will continue to the Southern Military District in 2014, district press service head Col. Igor Gorbul told Interfax-AVN on Wednesday.
"Army, Navy, Air Force and Air Defense units of the Southern Military District are expecting the delivery of approximately 1,300 pieces of armaments and military hardware, including armor, vehicles, missile and artillery systems, warships, aircraft, radar stations and specialized hardware," Gorbul said.
Hardware deliveries will grow more than 20% year-on-year, he said.
