WASHINGTON DC. Jan 31 (Interfax) - The United States believes Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych should continue to work with the opposition even if he is not feeling well.
"And so we're continuing to call for President Yanukovych, even when he's at home, to work with the opposition to take concrete steps to reach a peaceful solution," Department of State spokesperson Jen Psaki said at a press briefing on Thursday.
Yanukovych is currently on a sick leave.
"And there are steps that have been outlined, I've outlined a couple of times, and certainly Vice President Biden outlined, and were outlined in his readout of his call on what those steps would be," Psaki said.
