YAROSLAVL. Feb 3 (Interfax) - A deputy chief of the Federal Penitentiary Service's department in the Yaroslavl region has been charged with taking a bribe, the Russian Investigative Committee said.
According to the detectives, the suspect took a bribe of 400,000 rubles from a local businessman seeking to sign contracts with the regional department of the Federal Penitentiary Service.
"A court upheld the detective's request to take the suspect into custody," the report said.
