MOSCOW. Feb 4 (Interfax-AVN) - The work JSC Russian Space Systems (RSS) carried out in 2013 is a record for the past ten years and amounted to 12,747,600,000 rubles, which 2.62 billion more than in 2012, RSS posted a statement on its website.
"The policy in the credit sector has been reconsidered as well, which allowed cutting the credit portfolio by 1.1 billion rubles and decreasing expanses on servicing loans and trade finance transactions by over 200 million rubles," the document said.
In the framework of the plan on financial sanation of the enterprise, loan receivables were reduced by 265 million rubles as of December 1, 2013. While accounts payable went down by 1.1 billion rubles.
"Loan receivables exceed accounts payable considerably, which has positive impact on the financial state of the enterprise," the statement said.
Salary growth is one of the criteria for the positive assessment of the enterprise's work, the document said. "The salary of employees grew over 10% on average in comparison with 2012, at that work efficiency has increased as well," the document said.
The following documents were drafted and approved at the enterprise in 2013: comprehensive program of work with the youth until 2018; provision on career development of young specialists and provisions of salaries and granting social guarantees to young employees.
In order to ensure professional growth of employees full-time and extramural postgraduate studies were resumed in 2013, doctoral program is being established, departments of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Moscow Aviation Institute and Peoples' Friendship University of Russia were formed and work on the development of scientific schools in being carried out.
At the same time, in order to give objective assessment to employees and to improve quality composition of executives, central certification and contest committees have been established at the enterprise.
This information was revealed at a meeting of the scientific and technical council chaired by Russian Space Systems General Director Gennady Raykunov, who presented the main report at the council meeting.
