MOSCOW. Feb 5 (Interfax) - The U.S. and Russia are considering the launch of a specialized (Medvedev-Biden) commission to deal with economic issues, U.S. Ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul said.
"We have not forgotten about it, and it is a dimension of these negotiations that we were just talking about," he said in an interview with Interfax.
