Creation of holdings in defense sector positively impacted realization of state, export contracts - Vysokotochnyye Kompleksy

MOSCOW. Feb 10 (Interfax-AVN) - The NPO holding Vysokotochnyye Kompleksy in five years of operation has shown that correct organizational and structural decisions have been made, Alexander Denisov, general director of the holding, told Interfax-AVN.

"We are now optimizing the contract structure. When everything is in the same hands, the quality and characteristics are boosted and we can conduct reasonable pricing policies in the holding. The benefits of the creation of integrated structures are obvious," Denisov was quoted as saying in a report issued by the holding's press service to mark the fifth anniversary of JSC NPO Vysokotochnyye Kompleksy.

In August 2012, a strategy of the holding's development was approved, which envisions an annual production increase of 10-15%, Denisov said.

Before 2013, the main earnings of the holding's enterprises were formed by exporting military-purpose products, the report says. In 2013, the situation changed: the number of state defense contracts increased and reached 55% of the total production volume. It is expected to continue increasing and the nomenclature of weapons supplied to the Russian Army is expected to be expanded in the next few years.

"We are continuing to work with our foreign partners because the profitability on export contracts is much higher," the press service quoted Denisov as saying.
