KYIV. Feb 19 (Interfax) - Rioters have left the Central Officers House located in central Kyiv, a source in the Ukrainian Defense Ministry told Interfax.
The source said there are currently no radicals in the Officers House. The building is functioning normally.
On Tuesday, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry administration demanded that protesters immediately leave the Central Officers House located on Kyiv's Grushevsky Street. The ministry recalled that the building is a military unit reporting to the Defense Ministry and works in the interests of servicemen, military veterans, and their family members.
"By their actions to seize a Ukrainian military unit, the protesters provoked an appropriate reaction from the Ukrainian Defense Ministry," the report says.
