BRUSSELS. Feb 20 (Interfax) - U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry places the responsibility for future developments in Ukraine on Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych.
This follows the post he made on Twitter. "No one wants #Ukraine to descend into chaos/choice is in President Yanukovich's hands," Kerry wrote.
