KYIV. Feb 21 (Interfax) - Unknown persons have opened fire on Internal Troops servicemen on Instytutska Street in the center of Ukraine's capital, Kyiv, and protesters are attempting to break through police lines en route to the Verkhovna Rada building.
"Internal Troops soldiers have come under fire on Instytutska Street. Reports concerning the number of those injured are being verified. Attempts have been made to break through toward the Verkhovna Rada," Interior Ministry spokesman Serhiy Burlakov told Interfax.
