MOSCOW. Feb 21 (Interfax) - Russian diplomatic missions in the Ukrainian regions hit by disturbances are working as usual.
"Overall, the situation around the Embassy is calm. There were no attacks on the Embassy or the diplomatic mission staff," a source in the Russian Embassy in Kyiv told Interfax by phone on Friday.
Neither the Embassy, nor the Consulate received any complaints from Russians in Ukraine about being hurt as a result of the disturbances, the source said.
"Security at the Embassy is provided," he said.
The Russian Consulate General in Lviv is working as usual, with unobstructed entrances and exits, a source said. "All necessary safety measures have been taken," the consulate said.
