MOSCOW. March 11 (Interfax) - Ukrainian radicals carried out a provocation on the administrative border of Crimea and Ukraine near the populated area of Chingar on Monday, a source in the Crimean self-defense forces told Interfax.
"Several dozens of men and women lie on the road, allegedly to prevent some army equipment from getting on the territory of Ukraine. The self-defense forces of Crimea are hoping that the media will react to this provocation appropriately," the source said.
The government of Crimea has characterized the radicals' actions as a provocation as well.
