KYIV. March 12 (Interfax) - Ukraine intends to buy 27-30 billion cubic meters of gas from Russia this year, Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister Yury Prodan told reporters.
"We'll buy about 27-30 bcm," Prodan said.
But when asked whether Ukraine would pay a fine for not taking up enough gas, he said: "No."
