MINSK. March 12 (Interfax) - The CIS Executive Committee is preparing a meeting of deputy foreign ministers of CIS member states in Minsk although no one has officially accepted the invitation to the meeting.
"The CIS Executive Committee invited deputy foreign ministers of CIS countries in the evening of March 11 to discuss the Ukrainian situation. There has been no response as of yet," the CIS Minsk headquarters told Interfax on Wednesday.
