MOSCOW. March 17 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has discussed ways to normalize the situation in Ukraine and to assist this process internationally, including in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe's format, with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier.
The talks, held on Sunday at the German side's initiative, dealt with the current developments in Ukraine, including in the context of the Crimean referendum, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
