KYIV. March 17 (Interfax) - Ukrainian servicemen, who continue serving in Crimea, will not leave the region after the referendum is held, acting Ukrainian Defense Minister Ihor Tenyukh said in an interview with Interfax on Saturday.
"They represent the Ukrainian Armed Forces and Ukrainian authorities, so we will not go from Crimea anywhere because this is our land," Tenyukh said.
Ukrainian servicemen, who are in Crimea, will comply with the law and charters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Tenyukh said.
As to further actions, this depends on the decisions of the country's political leadership, he said.
