MOSCOW. March 17 (Interfax) - Moscow said that actions to punish extremists in Ukraine should be taken following the detention of a group of radicals, who opened fire and killed two people last night in Kharkiv.
"The arrest of neo-fascist militants in Kharkiv should initiate large-scale actions to neutralize and punish extremists, who got out of hand," Russian Foreign Ministry Human Rights Ombudsman Konstantin Dolgov posted on his Twitter account on Saturday.
"No one has cancelled international obligations of Ukraine on fighting racism, racial discrimination and xenophobia. They must be fulfilled," Dolgov said.
