Ukrainian troops will not leave Crimea - Tyagnibok

KYIV. MARCH 17 (Interfax) - Oleh Tyagnibok, leader of the faction Freedom of the Ukrainian parliament, said the Ukrainian Armed Forces that are now in Crimea have no intention of leaving the peninsula.

"The Ukrainian troops will not leave Crimea. It's our territory, and we will defend this territory," Tyagnibok told reporters in Kyiv on Monday.

Tyagnibok believes the referendum held in Crimea on Sunday was not legitimate. He called it a "pseudo-sociological poll."
