Russian senators to debate Crimea accession documents on Friday

MOSCOW. March 20 (Interfax) - The Federation Council, the upper chamber of the Russian parliament, is expected to debate the ratification of the March 18 Russia-Crimea treaty and a constitutional bill concerning the accession of the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol to Russia as new constituents at a special session on March 21.

A Federation Council spokesman told Interfax that the chamber's session addressing these issues would begin at noon on Friday.
