MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - The decision made by the United States to impose sanctions on Russia is an example of "short-sightedness bordering on stupidity", the head of the Russian president's Property Management Department, Vladimir Kozhin, told Interfax on Friday.
"I can only regret this short-sightedness bordering on stupidity on the part of those who made the decision to introduce sanctions. Obviously, both sides, in this case primarily the American side, stand to lose as a result of these sanctions," he said.
