MOSCOW. March 21 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed laws on the accession of Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia and on the formation of two new Russian regions.
The signing ceremony was held in Kremlin's Yekaterininsky hall and was attended by Federation Council and State Duma leaders.
