MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax) - Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said he would prefer "not to comment on Muzychko's death, as it is Ukraine's internal affair."
But he noted that although this bandit "was on the most wanted list, he was eliminated, and neither a trial nor a court sentence were involved in this decision."
The wanted member of an organized criminal group Oleksandr Muzychko, also known as Sashko Biliy, was fatally wounded after he fired shots at policemen during his apprehension.
