MOSCOW. March 28 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has issued an order to include presidential envoy in the Crimean Federal District Oleg Belaventsev in the Russian Security Council, the Kremlin press office said on Friday.
Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, presidential administration head Sergei Ivanov, Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Federal Assembly Head Matviyenko, State Duma Head Sergei Naryshkin, Foreign Intelligence Service Head Mikhail Fradkov, Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev and his deputy Rashid Nurgaliyev, and Boris Gryzlov are permanent members of the Security Council.
Deputy Prime Minister, presidential envoy in the Far Eastern Federal District Yury Trutnev, Deputy Prime Minister, presidential envoy in the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Khloponin, presidential envoy in the Volga Eastern Federal District Mikhail Babich, in the Central Federal District Alexander Beglov, in the North Western Federal District Vladimir Bulavin, in the Siberian Federal District Viktor Tolokonsky, in the Ural Federal District Igor Kholmanskikh, and in the Southern Federal District Vladimir Ustinov are Security Council members.
The Security Council also comprises Russian Armed Forces Staff Commander, First Deputy Defense Minister Valery Gerasimov, Federal Drug Control Service Chief Viktor Ivanov, Justice Minister Alexander Konovalov, Emergency Minister Vladimir Puchkov, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, Prosecutor General Yury Chaika, and FSB First Deputy Director, Border Service Head Vladimir Pronichev.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin and St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko are members as well.
