MOSCOW. April 2 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law "On the Denouncement of the Agreements Regarding the Deployment of the Russian Black Sea Fleet on the Ukrainian Territory," the Kremlin press service said on Wednesday.
The law was passed by the State Duma on March 31, 2014, and approved by the Federation Council on April 1.
