MOSCOW. April 2 (Interfax) - Head of the Kremlin administration Sergei Ivanov has spoken of the need to study reports of a possible NATO military buildup in Eastern Europe.
"There are concerns. But one should understand what sort of an increase it is, how true this is, because now there is much talk, word flows but often no real things stand behind them," Ivanov said to journalists on Wednesday.
That was his answer to the question of whether there are concerns about a possible military buildup of NATO in its member-states in Eastern Europe.
