BEIJING. April 15 (Interfax) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has said that using force to resolve the ongoing situation in southeastern Ukraine is unacceptable.
"It is unacceptable to use force to sort out the current situation in the southeast of Ukraine. Starting work on a genuinely constitutional reform, which would heed the interests of absolutely all regions of Ukraine, should become the key to settling the crisis," he said at a press conference in Beijing on Tuesday.
