KYIV. April 16 (Interfax-AVN) - Stepan Poltorak, who was earlier appointed as the Commander of the National Guard of Ukraine, has been removed from the office of the head of the Main Directorate and Commander of the Internal Troops of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry.
A decree to that effect was posted on the website of Ukraine's Acting President Oleksandr Turchynov on Wednesday.
