300 Ukrainian troops agree to leave Slovyansk without weapons - self-defense HQ

MOSCOW. April 17 (Interfax) - The militiamen have managed to persuade part of the Ukrainian troops, which surrounded Slovyansk, to surrender their weapons and leave the town, a Donbas self-defense force representative said.

"We have managed to make a deal with them. About 300 troops are only part of those who surrounded the town, they have decided to give up their weapons and go home," the source told Interfax on Wednesday evening.
