DONETSK. April 18 (Interfax) - The authorities of Ukraine's Donetsk continue negotiations with the people who earlier took control of the Donetsk regional administration building, city mayor Oleksandr Lukyanchenko told reporters on Friday.
"We are holding a dialogue," he said.
The Donetsk authorities and the police chiefs of Donetsk and the Donetsk region held these security negotiations on April 17, he said.
Representatives of the protesters were shown a resolution, which was adopted at an emergency congress of the Party of Regions, Lukyanchenko said.
