KYIV. April 21 (Interfax) - All Ukrainian naval ships still staying in Crimea, including the Kirovohrad landing ship, the Vinnytsya corvette, the Zolotonosha floating base and some others, left the Sevastopol Bay and Donuzlav Bay on Saturday, Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Chairman and interim President Oleksandr Turchynov's press service reported.
The ships are currently heading for Odesa, where a Ukrainian naval base is located.
Other Ukrainian military hardware, including military helicopters, is also being withdrawn from Crimea.
The Fleet of Ukraine newspaper's website reported earlier that six Ukrainian naval ships that had earlier been blockaded by Russian servicemen left their base in Donuzlav Bay and headed for Odesa.
