Medvedev orders Shuvalov, Kozak to support Russian regions accommodating Ukrainian refugees

MOSCOW. June 5 (Interfax) - The Russian government is ready to support regions accommodating refugees from Ukraine, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a cabinet meeting on Thursday.

"Regions which have found themselves in this situation need to be supported. They will apply to the government. I'd like to ask [First Deputy Prime Minister] Igor Ivanovich Shuvalov and [Deputy Prime Minister] Dmitry Nikolayevich Kozak to deal with this problem," Medvedev said.
